SIMI in Sturdy Skirmish

The recent arrest of two more activists of the banned and dreaded outfit Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) outfit has sensitized the entire administrative infrastructure of India projecting the magnitude of the nefarious design in a new manner. The two kingpins, namely, Abdul Razzak and Rais Ahmed Khan were arrested for primarily for sheltering the former chief of SIMI Safdar Nagori and twelve other top activists nabbed of late in a major crackdown against the outfit. The duo, to the latest information, were being enquired regarding their involvement with anti-national and illegal activities of all sorts.

Meanwhile all of the top most echelon of SIMI, languishing in jails, including Nagori have been charged with the crime of amassing arms to revolt against the Indian Government and promoting enmity between classes and sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Intelligence agencies are questioning them at Armed Police Training College, Indore.
